These terms are between you and SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind (“CampFind”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These booking terms apply when you book and pay for a stay by card through CampFind. They are between you and SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind ("CampFind", "we", "us", "our"). CampFind provides the booking and payment technology; the campsite operator is the provider of the stay. Where a campsite takes enquiries instead, you arrange and pay the operator directly and these booking terms do not apply.
When you complete a booking through CampFind, a contract is formed between you and the campsite operator. CampFind is not a party to the accommodation contract.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The amount shown at checkout is the pitch price set by the campsite operator plus a CampFind booking fee (5% of the pitch price, capped at $9.99), and is inclusive of all applicable fees. The campsite operator receives the full pitch price; the booking fee is retained by CampFind for providing the booking service. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Cancellation terms are set by each campsite operator and shown before you confirm a booking. The CampFind booking fee may be non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
You are responsible for ensuring your party complies with the campsite's rules. CampFind is not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from your stay.
Disputes about the stay should first be raised with the campsite operator. If unresolved, you may contact CampFind at sam@camp-find.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
