How does the camper booking fee work?+
Campers pay a small CampFind booking fee at checkout — 5% of the booking, capped at $9.99. It's shown clearly in their price breakdown and is separate from your pitch price, so it never comes out of your earnings.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?+
$25/month, or $230/year if you pay annually — that's over two months free. You can switch between them any time from your dashboard.
Do I need Stripe to take bookings?+
Only for CampFind online card bookings. You can claim a verified listing for free, receive enquiries, or send campers to your existing booking system without Stripe. If you choose CampFind checkout, you connect your own Stripe account and payments go straight to it.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. If you cancel, your listing stays live until the end of your billing period, then pauses — we keep your details so you can reactivate any time.
