These terms are between you (the campsite owner or operator) and SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind (“CampFind”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
You are partnering with SVE Ventures Ltd trading as CampFind. The campsite remains the provider of the stay and is responsible for listing accuracy, prices, availability, campsite rules and the stay experience. CampFind provides marketplace, booking, payment and dashboard technology.
You are responsible for keeping your listing information accurate, complete and up to date. CampFind may review, edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe or in breach of these terms.
Ownership claims are verified using automated checks against publicly available business information — including the contact details published on your campsite's own website — and, where automated checks are inconclusive, by manual review. By submitting a claim you confirm you are authorised to manage the campsite. CampFind may request further evidence at any time and reserves the right to reverse or revoke a verification, and to return the listing to its unclaimed state, if it reasonably believes the claim was made in error or fraudulently.
Access to owner tools requires an active CampFind subscription billed via Stripe. Pricing, billing intervals and any trial period are shown clearly before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time.
To take card bookings through CampFind, Stripe Connect is required, and guest card payments are made to your connected Stripe account. You keep 100% of the pitch price you set — the CampFind booking fee is paid separately by the guest at checkout and is not deducted from your payout. Payouts are released after the guest's stay. Where you take enquiries instead, guests arrange payment with you directly and no CampFind booking fee applies. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).
You must honour confirmed bookings unless exceptional circumstances prevent it. You are responsible for campsite safety, access, facilities accuracy and compliance with local planning or land use rules.
Either party may terminate the partnership with reasonable notice. CampFind reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms or that pose a risk to guests.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
